You direct the work and we supply a qualified crew with our own foreman.
As a defined work package
We take responsibility for planning, execution, quality and handover.
Welding
Qualified welders, processes 111, 135, 136 and 141 to ISO 9606-1, and AWS D1.1 where the specification calls for it. Structural steel and piping.
Assembly
Fitting, aligning and finishing, with our own foreman on the floor.
Project and site management
Planning, day-to-day direction, progress and handover under a single responsibility.
Work preparation
Scope and drawing review, work method, sequence, resources and capacity.
Quality control
ITP, weld inspection, NDT through partners, NCR handling and handover dossier.

On an hourly basis or as a fixed price. For a work package, one amount and one delivery date, explained in advance, without provisional sums. Additional work is discussed beforehand and approved in writing, never invoiced afterwards.

Execution
Do I have to chase this, or can I let it go?
You can let it go. One point of contact and our own foreman on the floor, with daily progress reporting. If something runs late, you hear it from us, with a new date attached. Not from your planner.

Inspection and handover
Will the work pass inspection, or do I get it back?
Our welders are qualified to the standard of your classification society. Every weld is verifiable and the report comes with the handover, on the agreed date.
